IT'S OFFICIAL!

Anna Kate and I are great! My new sister couldn't be any cuter! She loves going in the elevator. When Anna Kate is crying, Dad always cheers her up. She smiles, but doesn't laugh. Today, when I was playing with Anna Kathryn, she laughed. She laughed some more. I got the first, the second, the third, and the forth laugh. Dad got the fifth, the sixth, and the seventh laugh. Me and my friend Zoe have so much fun together. We played: Rock Paper Scissors, Ninjas, Ice Skaters, Hide And Seek, Hide And Seek Tag, Funny Faces, Cat And Mouse, and Try To Get The Piece Of Paper. Anna Kate sure likes to sleep! She slept and slept and slept. She slept even more than Mom wanted her to! Anna Kate loves to look out the window. She likes to tap on the glass. For lunch today, I had grilled cheese, and fries. For dinner, I had pizza. I want to say hi to Colton, Megan, Ella, Libby, Annie, Owen, Emily, Andrew, all my aunts and uncles, and grandparents.

Mommy here, to report briefly on our day. We are all very tired and ready to crash in our (hard yet comfortable) beds!

Anna Kathryn is officially ours! Today was adoption day, so our travel group returned to the Civil Affairs office to complete that paperwork. It took quite a while; thankfully the offices in this province are very nice, with plenty of room to relax and visit during the process.

Upon returning to our room we had lunch and then took a long nap . . . I held Anna Kate the whole time, and loved every minute of it! She is a sleeper!! She loves to be held and snuggled. While she goes to both of us happily, I have to say her face lights up when she is handed to her Daddy.

The rest of the day was spent in the room and our hotel, just playing and relaxing. The highlight of the day was watching the two girls play together . . . Anna Kate became very animated and gave us a peek at her fun personality. She is a sweetie!
