Receive Ava at the Civil Affairs Bureau Of Guangdong Province Sept. 2 Complete adoption at the Civil Affairs Bureau Sept. 3 Apply for Ava's passport Sept. 4 - Sept. 5 Tour set up and free time Sept. 6 Ava's visa picture taken and medical exam Sept. 7 Tour arranged and free time/ complete paper work Sept. 8 Free time/ receive Ava's passport Sept. 9 Submit visa application Sept. 10 Receive Ava's visa and group-oath taken at the U.S. Consulate Sept. 11 Leave Guangzhou fly to Tokyo; Arrive in Indianapolis- 6:15 pm!!
