JANUARY 2010 The light at the end of the tunnel!! We are happy to announce that China has placed babies with adoptive parents who have a log in date of April 3, 2006. Our log in date is April 24, 2006 which means THEY ARE FINALLY IN OUR MONTH!!! We are expecting “the call” any time between May and June of this year (5-6 months!!!!). We will travel approx. 6-8 weeks later to be united with our daughter!!! Since our daughter should be between the age of 6 months to one year when we are matched, we believe she is already born. Our exchange son, Haowen, has offered to be our guide while we are in China. Hopefully our daughter’s Province will be close to where Haowen lives. It would mean the world to us if our “son” is with us when we meet our daughter. Four years ago we chose the name of “Brianna Christa-Elise”. For the last year or so we have been considering making her first name “Christa-Elise” as it is a combination of Chris and my middle name which would be unique to her. We are not sure what to do!???!
