GOTCHA DAY!

Today was gotcha day for Hannah. This had to be the most difficult thing I have ever seen. We were rushed into the room, showed our passports, and were given the baby all within 10 minutes. Of course Hannah was the only baby who cried, and cried..and called out for "NN". Her heart was broken and she was so scared. She has quite the temper when she is upset I might add that. She liked Jeff the best at first. She seemed to be upset with me because her "NN" had given her to me, and I think she was a little mad at me. She cried and fussed for at least an hour, but we pressed on and went to dinner with the group. This turned out to be the turning point in our relationship. Although she was on Jeff's lap, she let me feed her, and then we were able to put her on my lap. She loves to eat this egg stuff they make here in China. We then introduced her to Cheerio's and that did it. Now she lets Jeff and I both hold her. We took her to the hotel play room, where she had so many toys, she didn't know what toy to play with, but loved playing none the less. Jeff watched her in the play room, while Kristin and I went to do some paper work. Which is endless.
