ITINERARY
May 13-Mother’s Day!
Depart from Newark Airport at 3:00 p.m. and fly to Hong Kong.
May 14
We arrive in Hong Kong at 6:50 p.m. and stay at the Regal
Airport Hotel for one night.
May 15
Take a private bus ride to Guangzhou and stay at the White Swan
Hotel for our remaining days in Guangzhou.
May 16- Gotcha Day!
We finally meet Cora-Li! The adoption process begins as she
begins to bond with us.
May 17
The adoption process continues as we spend time bonding with
Cora-Li.
May 18
The adoption process continues as we spend time bonding with
Cora-Li.
May 19
The adoption process continues as we spend time bonding with
Cora-Li.
May 20
The adoption process is completed at the end of the day.
May 21
Cora-Li gets her medical examination at a U.S. Consulate
appointed medical facility.
May 22
Rest and leisure activities.
May 23
We meet with De, our liaison, and hand in paperwork to be
reviewed.
May 24
We have our visa interview at the U.S. Consulate.
May 25
Private bus ride back to Hong Kong in the afternoon and stay at
the Regal Airport Hotel for one night.
May 26
We depart from Hong Kong at 10:25 a.m. and fly home. We arrive
home at 2:05 p.m. the same day because of the time change.
