January Update 

I recently received an email from a woman was part of the Half the Sky build at Chenzhou where our daughter Wen Yan is from, asking if I had read the article about it in the newsletter.  I had not, so I went to the HTS site and found it in the Winter 2002 newsletter.  It included some information about the older girls, of whom Wen Yan is a part, and includes a photo of them from fall 2002.  It is a 3-page article by Mindy Carney "On Traveling to the "Wrong" Place" on pages 1, 9 and 10.

 It is a sweet article, in part about their experience with the older girls - including our daughter - which gave us another glimpse into her life.
