Philip lived for three years.

at the Civil Affairs Bureau of Anhui Province
Tuesday, February 2 Go to
the Civil Affairs Bureau to complete Eli’s adoption registration
procedure.
Go to the Notary Office to complete notarization procedure.
Wednesday – Thursday, February 3 – 4
Free time with optional tour
Friday, February 5 Afternoon
– pick up Eli’s passport Travel from Hefei to Guangzhou
Saturday, February 6 Morning
– Eli’s visa picture taken and medical exam
