I know Katie will follow Caroline everywhere!! My grandson Ricky is 7 and 2 1/2 yr. old Drew follows him everywhere!! He can hardly wait until Ricky gets home when he has gone somewhere. We plan to head for New York mid August....IF Elwell gets the darn taxes done!!! He procrastinates every year. Then to Florida and our beloved "Mickey Mouse!" The little ones won't be able to join us this year. Kim has to return to teaching, and Heidi is coaching volleyball and they have games during our Disney time. Britt & JoAnn plan to join us for about 4 days. Hurray!! Wait till Caroline shows Katie Mickey!!! Melissa, Ryan and Arrianne are living with us for 3 months before moving. Arrianne (4) swims like a fish now!! Melissa got a brown recluse bite and waited too long to have it checked and she has had to have it cleaned and drained for two weeks and she has two more weeks to go. She hasn't felt very well. Comments: Got back from Boston last night and decided to check on progress. You have all done incredibly well and huge kudos to Caroline for stepping up to the big sister role. I told you she would be the glue to bind you all together and I am delighted to be right on that one (if I were Al I would add "as usual") and the "Disney character" factor seems to be an added bonus. Delighted to hear that Kevin managed to set up a jury-rigged "On-star" service for you in China. Once again this proves the worth of a spouse who is not technologically challenged, although Julie is not always sure that benefits are quite so tangible. Now that the stress of all the bureaucracy and trepidation is over and Katie is finally with you, make sure you take time out to relax and enjoy your newly enlarged family. The experiences you have all been through to get to this point will make you treasure your special family bond so much. We are looking forward to seeing you all when you get home.
