HOME SWEET HOME!

We are home. We are a family of "5" finally together and the feeling we have cannot be described with words.
Kelsey did far better on the 3 flights home than we ever imagined. She slept several hours on the long international flight. We made a little bed on the floor beside our seats and it was a perfect fit for her as you can see from the picture. We arrived very late last night at the airport and were met by Renee (Keith's sister). As she approached, Kelsey began to wave and blow her kisses. I showed Kelsey her new car seat (thanks for the recommendation Aubry) and she smiled as I buckled her in. We arrived home around 1:00 a.m. and were greeted with a pink bow on the mailbox, Panda welcome sign and another Welcome Home banner, (thanks Nana and PawPaw, MawMaw and PawPaw, Mitch and Sandy and Jimmie and Alisa ya'll are awesome!) Then, when we went inside we were greeted by balloons and banners made by Chett and Britton and cousin Meghanne. We opened the fridge since we were starving from all the hours of travel and airplane food. We had planned on a quick bowl of cereal, but forgot about that when we saw all the goods!!! Thanks Nana and Uncle Jarrod!!! We had a buffet at 1:00 a.m.!!! Kelsey decided to party on until 4:00 a.m. and finally gave up the fight and slept until 8:30 a.m. We were so exhausted but were excited to let Kelsey meet her brothers. Keith went to get them at Nana and PawPaw's house and I fed Kelsey some breakfast. When they walked in, Kelsey looked up, smiled and said, "GeGe's!" She wanted out of her high chair and grabbed them by the hand and wanted to show them her room and all her toys. They have had a great day playing and getting to know each other. Kelsey loved our dog and the cats and being outside. She met all of her grandparents today and charmed them just as she has us.

She did take a nap this afternoon and Keith and I took turns napping as well. We are still on China time and I suppose it will take a little while to adjust. We look forward to tomorrow and all the "firsts" with Kelsey. Again, thank you to God who placed this calling and to you all who have prayed us through to this point. We love you all and look forward to whatever God has for us next!

Blessings,

Keith, Kyra, Chett, Britton and Kelsey
