About Kira

Chinese name Zhong Shan Ye Date of Birth June 30, 2008 Waiting for us in Zhongshan City, Guangdong, China Kira is described by her nannies at Zhongshan CWI orphanage as "having a ready smile and impatient sometimes" and being a "happy and content" child. Kira has a repaired cleft lip (thanks to the "Tommorrow Plan") and unrepaired cleft palate. Kira's history shares that on July 3rd, 2008, she was found at the section of the road across the street from Weili Factory on Wenchang West road in Sanziang town, Zhongshan City. She was about four days old when found. She was taken to Zhongzhan City Children's Welfare Institute where she currently lives. This is an orphanage in Southern China (Guangdong Province) that has 500-600 children in it.
