Trip to China

Tuesday, July 1, 2008 Jenna woke up this morning with a cold. We are giving her some children's cold medicine and she seems better with that. She has since started with belly issues and was very upset that she had an accident in her panties, it was sad. We did are best to assure her it was ok and we cleaned her all up. She has been bonding a lot with her daddy today. Today has been his turn to do everything for her. I had been the one up to this point that she wanted to do everything for her. She loves playing silly with her daddy, it's very cute. She taught Scott to sing a song today along with the hand movements, it was so sweet. She uses a clothes tag that is folded in half as a cellphone and talks away. She has learned to say thank you and please.. We are working with her on learning her name, she seems to understand some and will try to say Jenna. She is so silly, but beware she is very bossy and so far doesn't warm easily to strangers. I'm sure this is because of all the changes in her life. She is doing so good considering all she has been through in the past two days. We went to the Henan museum today. It was neat but not the place for a three year old. She was running everywhere and it was very stressful to us to watch her to make sure she didn't destroy everything. She did show us while we were there that she knows how to skip.. She is very coordinated for three. Her little mouth never shuts up, she just talks and sings all the time. We love her very much and can't wait for you all to meet her. We are starting to get very home sick and miss our boys so much, our hearts ache to be with them, even if they argue. Believe it or not we miss the arguing. We are very lonely here and want to be back with our group. Friday won't get here soon enough. It's so hard being by yourself here.
