Our letter to Lydia Dear Lydia, We have prayed and dreamed about you for many years. We are very grateful that God is bringing you to us! We can't wait to see your face and hold you in our arms. May God comfort and keep you until we are together. Love, Mommy and Daddy Gracie's letter to Lydia Dear Lydia, Although we have never met you or even seen your face, we love you and can't wait to meet you for the first time! Your Jie Jie, Gracie Gracie is our first born child and is 14 years old. She enjoys playing the piano and violin. In her free time she designs personalized stationary and unique diaper bags and tote bags. She also spends time making family scrapbooks for us. Gracie loves to read....her favorite books are The Lamplighter, Pride and Prejudice, Mansfield Park, Little Women and Anne of Green Gables. Gracie really has a heart to serve others which is very refreshing. We are very blessed by her life. Abigail's letter to Lydia Lydia, I can't wait until you can come home! I will teach you to play all different kinds of sports. I know you will be a great player! Love, Abigail Abigail is 11 years old and brings much laughter and joy to our family! She loves to play soccer and is the goal keeper on her classic soccer team. Abigail also plays basketball in the winter and girls softball in the summer. She is a great encourager for her teams! Abigail enjoys playing the piano, making beaded jewelry, playing in our brook, climbing trees, and reading. Her favorite books are The Chronicles of Narnia, Voyage of the Great Titanic (from the Dear America Series) and Little Sir Galahad. It is a blessing to watch her grow! Evie's letter to Lydia Dear Baby from China, Want to come play on my playground? I can't wait to hug you! Love, Evie Evie is 3 years old. We prayed for another child and God gave us Evie....we are so grateful for her! Evie loves to play on our playground, color, paint, play with play dough, and read books. She loves her Amber Lamb book. Her other favorites are her Bible Rhyme Book,and Shaoey and Dot. Evie loves to read about Mary and Jofus in the Bible. She is very excited about a baby sister from China. Jack Henry Dear Lydia, Jack Henry will be a great big brother. He will always protect and defend you. Jack Henry is our only son! He is 14 months old and is so much fun! After 3 girls, we are learning all about raising, teaching, and training a boy. Jack Henry loves to play on his John Deere little tractor. He likes to watch Baby Einstein videos, and play outside. He is rough and tough and all boy. We pray we can teach and train him to still be *all boy* tempered with gentleness and kindness.
