Depart Indy at 11:18am on Northwest, thru Detroit and Tokyo, to Beijing

Thursday, May 1
Arrive in Beijing at 9:40pm. Meet FTIA coordinator and check into the Zhaolong Hotel

Friday, May 2 & Saturday May 3
Tour the Great Wall, Summer Palace and Forbidden City. Watch Acrobatic Show Friday afternoon

Sunday, May 4 GOTCHA DAY!
Fly to Nanchang in the afternoon and check in at the Galactic Peace International Hotel. Go to the Civil Affairs Bureau of Jiangxi Province in the afternoon to receive Mary Grace and become a family of four!

Monday, May 5
Go to the Civil Affairs Bureau to complete the adoption and to the Notary Office to complete the notarization

Tuesday, May 6 – Thursday, May 8
Optional tours or free time

Friday, May 9
Pick up Mary Grace’s passport. Fly to Guangzhou. Stay at the White Swan Hotel

Saturday, May 10
Have Mary Grace’s visa picture taken and medical exam performed

Sunday, May 11
Optional tour or free time and completion of paper work in the afternoon

Monday, May 12
Optional tour or free time

Tuesday, May 13
Group oath at the U.S. Consulate and receive Mary Grace’s visa

Wednesday, May 14
On our way home! Depart Guangzhou at 8:20am, thru Tokyo and Detroit. Arrive in Indy at 6:08pm
