CHINA ITINERARY This is where you will find our daily journal and photos - I will be posting at least every other day from China! Fri. 2/23 - Leave for China Sat. 2/24 - Arrive in *Beijing* (meet Lauren in airport!) Sun. 2/25 - Sleep late and tour Beijing for one quick and fun day of site seeing, fly to *Changsha, Hunan* @ 5:30pm and arrive 8pm Mon. 2/26 - *MEI DAY! MEI DAY!* I can't wait to get my hands on that bundle of love. Tue. 2/27 - Adoption registration and notarization Wed. 2/28 - Changsha sightseeing (can't wait to walk the streets with Mei and Lauren!) Thu. 3/1 - Changsha sightseeing; Visit the Yeulu Academy Fri. 3/2 - Get Mei's passport; Visit the Provincial Museum Sat. 3/3 - Auntie Lauren flies home, Visit the Xiangxiu Embroidery Academy & get Mei’s passport Sun. 3/4 - Kira & Mei Fly to *Guangzhou, Guandong Province* Mon. 3/5 - Take Mei's visa photo's & do her medical check up Tue. 3/6 - Visit the Chan Clen Academy Museum & Six Banyan Temple; Afternoon: Prepare Visa application Wed. 3/7 - Sightseeing & shopping; Visit Liuhuahu Park Thu. 3/8 - Mei's visa application brought to US Consulate Fri. 3/9 - Go to the consulate to take the oath and pick up Mei's visa Sat. 3/10 - Kira and Mei fly home -- finally!!!
