Saturday, March 17, 2007 Hello everyone! We are home safe and sound! Our trip home was really, really, really terrible. Not worth the details but it included a cancelled flight, a midnight trip on a crowded bus to a hotel room, going through customs 2x and lots of tears. After over 48 hours of door to door travel we made it home and were welcomed by Bill, Gus and Cate! This week has been overwhelming for everyone. Mei had a hard time the first few days but she has adjusted beautifully and absolutely loves and responds to her big brother, big sister and Daddy. We are still catching up on sleep and figuring out how to create a schedule but everyday gets better. Mei had her first Dr. appt. and she is healthy little girl. She only weights 14 lbs (not the 16 lbs reported) which is 2% for her age but she is 27 inches ( 48%) in height! We are working on fattening her up. We are packing for Florida today (I know that sounds crazy) as we are in need for some sunshine, fresh air and family fun. We are staying with Bills' parents and we hope to get some rest. What's a three hour plane ride, right? I will update the site with more HOME pictures once we return. Lots of Love, Kira
