Mom-mom and Pop-pop have been my biggest champions, always, and I know that I’ll be completely forgotten when their granddaughter arrives! Like her namesake, Mom-mom is dynamic, passionate, and full of love, and she will make sure that Georgia always knows what a special girl she is. From Pop-pop, Georgia will learn the true meaning of compassion and generosity of spirit. They will be adoring grandparents.

Stan and Janet, Georgia’s as-yet-untitled grandparents, are generous, dependable, and loving! I know that her grandfather will teach Georgia to be curious and loyal (and to love gadgets!) and her extremely youthful grandmother will be a role model of open-mindedness and stability.

Aunt Nicole is the person Georgia will want to run away and live with. Bighearted, tolerant, and supremely fun to be with, Nicole has been a true role model for me as a parent. I hope Georgia feels half as loved as I know her cousins Miles and Maddie do.

No little girl could ask for more spectacular ayis (aunties) and shushus (uncles) than Jenith, Cynthia, Janelle, Julie, Ken, and Lauren, not to mention the many other new and old friends that I am blessed with.
