We leave Louisville on Monday, August 24th and arrive in Taipei on Wednesday morning. They are twelve hours ahead of us, and we will be in the air about 18 hours, so it will be a long day. We will meet our new daughter on Thursday, August 27th. We are scheduled to arrive back in Louisville on Tuesday, September 1st. There is a chance that we will be able to come home a few days earlier. It just depends on how long it takes to process our paperwork. We will keep you posted. OUR ITINERARY August 24 Leave Louisville and Fly to Taipei, via Chicago and San Francisco August 26 Arrive in Taipei at 5:00am. Check-in at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Taipei August 27 Travel on the high speed train to St. Lucy’s Orphanage in Tainan. This is when we meet Ella!!! August 28 Immigration appointment to obtain Ella’s Visa August 29 Bonding, Sightseeing and Shopping August 30 Bonding, Sightseeing and Shopping August 31 Pick-up Ella’s Visa and fly out of Taipei at 11:00pm Sept. 1 Arrive back in Louisville at 10:30am.
