PRAISE GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW!!!!! We got our “TA” yesterday. After months of waiting, it finally came! We are so excited about what God has done! We will be getting our baby Faith soon!!! I can’t wait to hold her and “love her up”! She has been in foster care since birth and we are asking for your prayers for her & for her wonderful foster Mother and foster sister who has taken good care of our baby! We hope to meet them both and thank them! Our “Gotcha Day” is scheduled for June 25th. My birthday is on the 21st and father’s day is the 17th! Wow, what an AWESOME gift that God has bestowed upon us!!!! Matt & I have said all along that “We would” be going to see the Great Wall in Beijing. Turns out, God had other plans for us, & boy are we glad He did. It just so happens that our agency is taking a small group to an orphanage in Guangzhou. They will be leaving a few days earlier than the adoptive families. This group will be buying supplies for the orphanage and helping them in any way possible for a couple of days. After looking at going to Beijing, Matt & I knew something wasn’t right about going. It was God telling us no. Then Matt thought….lets ask if we can go with this group and help out in that orphanage... (God, I love my husband!!!) So, we asked and they approved it and we’re going BAY-BE!! We are beyond thrilled to help these abandoned children and the workers that dedicate there lives to help them! God is SO GOOD! He knows our steps before we even “THINK” about taking them! Please pray for the group, that God will protect us and go before us! We won’t be doing a gospel presentation, for that is not allowed. But, when you help others out of love and do God’s will, people can’t help but to see that spark, that flame within you! Don’t forget to bookmark us and check our site EVERYDAY. We will be posting pictures and telling about what’s going on with us while in China! Thank you in advance for your prayers and support!!!!! OUR ITINERARY June 19-21 – Fly to Guangzhou. June 22 - Orphanage work June 23 – Orphanage work June 24 - Meet up with other adoptive families & rest, possible more orphanage work. June 25 - Fly to Faith’s province (Guizhou) and “Gotcha Day” This is when we will receive Faith!!! YEAH!!!!!!! June 26–June 29 – Tour Guizhou, rest, SHOP, rest, SHOP!! :0) June 30 – Fly back to Guangzhou July 1-5 - Touring, Paperwork, Medical check-up for Faith, Shopping, & on the 5th we will have our Consulate Appt. July 6 – WE’RE COMING HOME!!!! “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” -Proverbs 3:5-6
