This morning was a paperwork morning, but it wasn’t so bad.
We were finished by lunch & we headed to the park across the
street. It was HOT!! We decided to go straight for the
boats….except by the time we got there we opted for the
electronic kind. Who wants to paddle in this heat?? LOL!!! Faith
enjoyed being on the water. She actually loves anything to do
with the water. We bought her a hello kitty boat today, that we
must test in the pool tomorrow! :0) After the short boat ride,
it was time to head back to the hotel and get ready for the
River Boat Cruise. The group took a cruise down the Pearl River
of Guangzhou. We had dinner and the view was amazing! We watched
the sunset and then after dark the buildings lit up the sky! It
was a site to behold!
Faith is still doing very well. And, from the picture you can
see she is still struggling with “not having it her way”. :0) We
know she is testing us, to see what she can get away with. She
really is a sweet natured child, and just like any other 2 year
old. LOL! We have 3 more days here in China and then we will be
on our way home!! YEAH!

Hey big boy! Guess what I saw today? I saw a big gold fish jump
out of the water and wave at me today! Well, he didn’t really
wave, but he did jump up. I thought…if Broughton were here he
would be asking for a fishing pole!! :) We sure do miss you
little man, and can’t wait to scratch your back and sing to you
at night!! WE LOVE YOU BUDDY!

Hey sweet cakes! Your daddy, sissy, and I went on a river boat
cruise tonight & we saw lots of PINK lights! You would have
loved it, baby girl! We took a lot of pictures so be sure and
get Nana to show you! I miss you and when I get home I’m going
to paint your toes and we’ll put some makeup on. WE LOVE YOU

Devotion Questions:
In Genesis 1:1 it says that in the beginning God created .
. . . . That is right God was the very beginning. The
question for yesterday was, does God keep his promises.
The answer is yes! He has to because he is truth, love,
the beginning and the end. He is the very thing that makes
all life. Without him, there is nothing. In order for God
to be who He says he is, he must keep his word. He is holy
and pure and without sin. That is why God is sooo
AWESOME!!!! And He loves you and me more than we could
ever imagine. We love you!!
