Our Family
|
We are so
excited to add another child to our family. We started
pursuing
adoption in February of 2005 and we never expected the
journey to be
this
long, but we know we are now nearing the end of this wait
and the
beginning
of a new journey with Sofie in our lives.
Sam will turn seven this summer and he is excited about
having a sister
,
although he clearly tells us he will have nothing to do
with any diaper
changing! It has been a long wait for a him and he has
often asked us
"Is my
sister ever going to get here?". He is looking forward to
the trip to
China
and to meeting Sofie. He will be a great big brother.
We want to thank all of our family and friends who have
been so
supportive
to us during this journey.
It has meant so much to us.
