We asked
God, “How can we do this Lord?” He responded, “With the
help of friends.”
“This service that you perform is not only supplying the
needs of God’s people but is also overflowing in many
expressions of thanks to God.” II Corinthians 9:12
Steve and I would like to sincerely thank each friend
and/or family member listed below. Without each of them,
we could not have completed Olivia’s or Peyton’s adoption.
Each carried us a little farther along on our journey. You
who are listed below will always remain close to our
hearts and will forever be a part of our adoption story.
You gave clothing, formula, diapers, strollers, furniture,
meals, pre-paid phone cards, money for adoption expenses,
room and board (Thanks Maw Maw and Paw Paw!), free labor,
emotional support, prayers, money to pay off student
loans, gifts to take to China and even restaurant gift cards when we
lost our kitchen. Whether family or friend, we share a
bond that cannot be broken. It is with deepest gratitude
that we thank you.

In 2007, we received an
adoption grant through Ava’s Hope. Thank you Ava’s
Hope!
They are a local, non-profit adoption organization who
build families one child at a time.
Steve and I would also like to thank the staff at Cherub
International and China Adoption With Love, Inc. We feel
forever indebted to them for their incredible assistance
with both of our children's adoptions.
