This adoption is a family
decision where we all had a say. This has made the addition of
Grace one of great anticipation.
We are adopting, Hong Li: AKA Grace from the ShaanXi province.
Grace is currently located in Jiangzhang social Welfare
Institute, Baoji city. We started our official journey February
2006. We are currently DTC as of July. We hope to travel this
fall :)! We have 2 biological daughters who are very excited
about having a baby sister.
Grace was found on June 27th 2005 abandoned by the restroom door
of Chen Cun Zhen Center Hospital of Feng Xiang County. There was
no information left with her. We are saddened by the difficult
choice Grace’s biological mother must have made, but are
delighted in the prospect of having Grace join us. Children are
a gift from God; Proverbs 17:6 says, “Children’s children are
the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their
fathers.”
We are excited about our adoption and wish to share our joys,
and trials. It is a journey in growth in more ways than one!
