Wow! Never really had the time to look at your sight and am deeply greatful that I now have! Tears filled my eyes as I thought of how much love the Lord has given you for little Grace before you ever even were able to fill your "aching arms", I am so greatful for the joy that God has given you in this precious child. Now that she is home and we have met her, it just amazes me, the love of God is so evident in your family! A friend of ours sent me a link to your website, and I'm glad I visited. It sounds like such an adventure. We adopted domestically, but I have another friend who was adopted herself (and her sister) from Hong Kong. That adopted friend decided with her husband to also adopt, from China. I don't recall where their daughter was from, but I can imagine she has many similar memories and photos as you have had. (More than you wanted to know?) Hello, I love your story. :) Our girls sound so much alike!! We adopted our 2 year old from Chongqing in Feb. 07 and have been home since 3//9. Our daughter has ASD and we are in the process of testing to see how large the opening is. If Emma Grace needs surgery she will not have it until she is 4-5 years old. :)Emma has 3 olders sisters to taunt. Nadya 11, Bekki 16 and Aimee 20, her second mother. :) I have a married daughter, NIcole, who lives in Ct. We are in Oh. I have been following and praying for little Brea. Hi guys. Wow, Miss Grace is getting so big and even more beautiful every time I see her! We thought of her on her birthday with Brea's birthday just a few days after hers (6/5). Wouldn't it be great if we all lived closer and get these little ones together? Brea is doing GREAT! We head out to LR again this week for another biopsy and as always, we are asking everyone to pray for safe travels and zero rejection! God is so good and everyday we see His goodness in the eyes of our little Peanut. She is finally growing a little. She is 20 pounds now and 30 inches tall. We are still in size 2 or 3 diapers and still a size 3 shoe but that is ok...it makes me feel like I get to keep her as a baby a little longer. Sorry to get so long winded.
