We have had a great adventure in China but it’s time to start our trip home.
Our first leg is on Air China from Guangzhou to Beijing .


United Airlines from Beijing to Chicago ~ next stop The USA!!!


Rylie and Mary are getting settled in for the 13 hour flight home.
We have been on eight different flights in 18 days.


It was a long flight.
Fortunately it was at night so Rylie slept for 10 hours and woke up right before we landed in Chicago. She did great!! On the other hand Mary and I watched 2 movies, ate 2 meals, drank several sodas, coffees and waters and slept for about 10 minutes- yikes!!


Here we are arriving in Nashville greeted by family and friends – it is good to be home. We’ve been up and traveling for almost 30 hours so we are really tired.
