We received our referral packet on August 3rd at 8:30am, and from the second we opened the UPS envelope, our hearts were melting. Our dreams of becoming parents and sharing our lives are finally coming true!
 

HERE IS WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT CHU RU CHUN SO FAR: Chinese name: Chu- last name Ru Chun- first name ~Her name means like the Spring…our favorite season! Birthdate: February 4, 2006…we have MANY February birthdays in both of our families! Location: Chuzhou Social Welfare Institute, Anhui Province, China At 15 months, she weighed 21 pounds and was 28 inches tall! She had 8 little teeth, a beautiful, smile, adorable chubby cheeks, and a fuzzy bean head! According to the information we received she is a bit timid, but she loves to copy what other people around her are doing. She loves music, playing with her toys, playing little games, and reading picture books. She is energetic during the day, but sleeps soundly at night! We can’t wait to teach her how to play… “Peek a Ru!!!”

We are waiting for additional translation to discover her favorite activities, foods, and schedule. We are overwhelmed with happiness!
