We were supposed to go to the park today but Grace is not feeling well. She has a low grade fever and has slept most of the day. I called our agency to let them know and they notified Shirley who is available for us to reach if we need to see a doctor. She is drinking her bottles and is eating which makes us feel a little better. She loves to be held and like her sister loves a massage and cold compress on her head when not feeling well. She is so loveable, gentle, and even not feeling well still gives us a big smile.

We have not left the hotel and the menu is very limited. Paul refuses to eat fried rice again and has sworn he will never eat another dumpling. Last night his dinner was a pack of goldfish and some almonds I brought. He is dying for a bowl of pasta!!

Tv is very limited here in Nanchang. We have been watching Badmitton, Curling , Billards and Sumo Wrestling on ESPN and all in Chinese. Tonight we hope Grace will feel better and we can leave the hotel room to eat in the one dining halls. Paul doesn’t know it yet but the menu is a buffet tonight and I am sure it will be filled with more fried rice and dumplings.

Samantha has her friend Emma which has been great. She was very disappointed that the hotel pool is closed due to a renovation as well as the play area. They have been running back and forth between our rooms and having a good time.

Emma’s mom Meghan has been great. Her daughter was born with a cleft palate and she ordered special bottles for her daughter. When Grace was not drinking from the bottles I brought she offered to give me one to see if it helped and Grace loved it. We now have this one bottle which we need to make sure it is safe and sound since we do not have a replacement. We have been helping each other out and sharing food, medicines and entertaining the girls and if I forgot to bring something she comes thru and vice versa. We will travel together on Friday to Guangzhou .

We love the Skype that we signed up for. We have been able to video talk with most of our family and its been great. Anyone planning to travel to China I highly recommend it.

Tomorrow if Grace feels better we will go to either the park or a museum all depending on the weather.

I only have a few pictures today – Enjoy!

Love from the Ciringione’s
