Tia was born June 21, 2008 in
Kunming City of the Yunnan province.
She was found near a farmer's market on July 9, 2008. This holds
a very special meaning to us because this is Tessa's
birthday. So, we have told Tessa that God gave her a very
special gift for her birthday last year.
We received the call regarding our referral on May 4, 2009. We
knew she was our daughter,
from the moment we opened the first picture. Tia has a sparkle
in her eyes that draws you in.

Name - Jing Yan Mei
Tiana Jo Mei Harlow - Tia is named after her mother
(Diana) and her grandmother JoAnn. We learned later that
the name Tiana means
"Follower of Christ" or "Princess". That makes this the
perfect name for our sweet baby.
