Hello Everyone,
We just packed our bags and we are off to our final stop of the
trip, Guangzhou. This is where the American Consulate is and we
do all of the paperwork for the American Government. We will be
there for five days (American Govt. paperwork taking five days,
hard to believe)
Zoe is doing just great. Our favorite thing is getting her out
of her crib in the morning when she wakes up. She is always so
happy in the morning that we get the biggest smile! We have to
take turns getting her out of her crib because it is so much
fun. I also have to tell Tom that we actually have to let her
wake up on her own (we both can’t wait until she wakes up)
My other favorite thing is to feed her. She is a champion eater.
She can drink her bottle faster than any other baby (we are
thinking of entering her in a contest). She gets so excited when
she sees her bottle! Then, she stares into my eyes as she drinks
it.
She still isn’t eating any of the solid foods like Rice and
Noodles like her report said she would. However she loves
Cheerios! She smiles when she sees the Cheerios come out. We
have noticed that she drinks her bottles much slower after she
has some Cheerios. We are really looking forward to introducing
her to more solid foods when we get home.
We are getting a new camera when we get to the next stop so I
promise there will be pictures (other families were having a
hard time here with pictures as well) Stay tuned, I promise that
we haven’t made this whole thing up (some people are asking me
for proof that I actually got Zoe)
I may write more if I’m not too tired after our flight. It will
be Zoe’s first time flying, so it might be exhausting for Mom
and Dad. |
