February 15-19, 2007 MEETING TAYLOR! We went and visited Taylor in Guatemala City! We were there February 15th thru the 19th. Taylor was absolutely perfect! We got her just a few hours after we arrived at our hotel. She went into our arms without any fussing, it was as though she knew we were her parents! Taylor is a very easy going baby, she hardly ever made a noise, she just cuddled and held our fingers tightly. We had her with us from Friday morning until Monday morning at 6am, just right before we flew out. Giving her back to the foster mom was clearly the very hardest thing we have ever had to do in our entire life. We are very glad to report that the foster family is wonderful. We loved them and they clearly love her as much as we do. The foster mom cried when she handed us Taylor and when I was crying handing her back over she was delighted to have her back. We know she is in good hands while we are in court in Guatemala. We are taking our boys and moms (Sherry and Myrna) to Guatemala for Easter for our second visit trip. We cant wait to get our hands on little miss Taylor again! We are in PGN, which is the last leg of our adoption journey. We hope to be out of PGN in May or June, then we wait for the US Embassy to issue her visa which takes 4 weeks. So pray that we have her home in JUNE!!!!
