Trip to China
All Days  |  Previous Day  |  Next Day

Wednesday, November 14, 2007

Sorry this is so late - our computer is having issues. We lost all of our emails, so if you do not hear back from us-blame it on Microsoft.

Not much to say again today. We did the famous “White Swan Red Couch” pictures and we are leaving for a dinner cruise this evening.

We passed our US Consulate Appointment! We are almost done. Tomorrow, we have to go to the US Consulate to have Ella sworn in. Whenever anyone immigrates to the US, they have to appear before the US Consulate to swear to an oath and since Ella is not old enough to take the oath, Bart and I have to fill in for her. Not sure what the oath is yet, but stayed tune.

I am sure everyone that is still reading our updates is getting sick of us-we are getting sick of ourselves. We are so ready to come home and get back to normal life. I never thought I would miss being on a schedule, but I am wishing for a normal routine right about now. We have loved our stay in China and are so grateful to the Chinese government for allowing us to adopt one of their precious little girls, but we want to come home. We miss you Madison, Bridger and Hunter! We only have a few days left…we can’t wait to see you on Friday.
