GUANGZHOU/HONG KONG
Today we took the train to Hong Kong and transferred to the
Regal Airport Hotel for one last night in Asia before flying
home. Eva did well on the train and enjoyed a dish of egg
custard.

HONG KONG/USA
Another important day! We flew home via Chicago where Eva was
granted citizenship upon entering the US. She did well, sitting
on my lap the whole trip from Hong Kong to Chicago. The most
difficult part of the journey was the flight from Chicago home.
Eva was clearly fed up with airplanes and made it known to us
and everyone around us that she was not happy. A friend met us
at the airport and we drove home to spend our first night
together as a family in our home. No, this is not another hotel
sweetie, this is your home! Welcome home Eva! |
