Saturday, April 2, 2005 HANGZHOU/GUANGZHOU After our last meal in the hotel restaurant, we said our goodbyes to the sweet waitresses who were so helpful and kind to us. Jeff and I have been enjoying congee with fresh ginger and shrimp and jasmine tea every morning. A perfect breakfast, we think! We are also so grateful that Eva enjoys eating and appears to be very healthy. We then flew to Guangzhou and checked in to the famous White Swan Hotel.
