Update
Well, another month has ticked on by. In August we hit the two
and a half year milestone. We’re keeping our fingers crossed
that we don’t hit three years of waiting! We are now seventeen
LIDs away from a referral and the first five of those days were
during the Chinese New Year in 2006. That said, we are still in
the wait and see mode. As I am telling anyone who asks, I THINK
we will receive a referral some time between November and
January with my best guess being November. I may change my mind
next month but that is what the timing is looking like right
now.
This month was spent wrapping up summer activities and we
enjoyed a visit from Zoe’s God father, Uncle Wally. A good time
was had by all. Surly this is the last summer we will remain a
family of three!!! |
