October 2007 Update

Well, another month has passed and there is still no end to our wait in sight. :) We hope Lexi will come home to us soon. :)

Susan’s parents came to visit for Zoe’s 4th birthday, and she got a big girl bike with training wheels. Wow! Time is flying. The little boy next door has the exact same birthday and birth year as Zoe, so there were plenty of celebrations. We went to a pumpkin patch with Granmommy and Grandaddy, took lots of pictures, and made our way through a maze of baled hay. Coolness!

Also, Susan celebrated her 38th birthday. Wow! Time really is flying! Zoe and Rob made cupcakes for Susan and, as one of her presents, she received matching PJs for Zoe and herself. Fun!

Zoe wanted to be a chicken for Halloween. What a hoot! Or, should we say, cluck!?! We went to a block party and the local mall where she was able strut her chickeny stuff. She even participated in her very first preschool Halloween show. Adorable!!! Rob and Zoe carved a pumpkin based upon Zoe’s design … she’s very creative, you know.

We’re now waiting for our first winter in Buffalo, or, as Zoe says… Buppalo.

Our little chicken going to a Halloween party.

Trick-or-treating at the mall.

Even as a chicken, she's still a Mommy's girl.

Our fabulous matching panda PJs Daddy picked out for us.

A cool jack-o-lantern.

What a smile!
